CNN Breaking News

Support for President Obama's health care law appears to be waning, a new poll indicates. The proportion of people saying that they favor all or most of its provisions dropped to 39%, down from 51% in January.

The CNN/ORC International survey also found that 51% of those responding would blame congressional Republicans more if a looming budget battle results in a government shutdown; a third said they would hold the president more responsible.
