Sarah Palin said she is not seeking the 2012 Republican nomination for president, according to a statement read on the Mark Levin radio program.
"This has been prayerfully considered," the statement said. "I can be on the right path without being a candidate."
Palin was Sen. John McCain's vice presidential nominee in the 2008 election.
