The U.S. House of Representatives on Wednesday passed an anti-drug smuggling bill championed by Rep. Gabrielle Giffords just before she resigned.
The bill passed 408-0 with some members not voting.
An earlier CNN alert gave an incorrect tally of 338-70. That vote was for a bill to authorize the Interior Department to study commemorating the role of the Buffalo Soldiers in the early years of national parks.
