Israeli forces will cease fire on Gaza Friday during the visit of Egyptian Prime Minister Hisham Qandil there on condition that Gazans do the same, said a senior official from the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The visit is expected to last for at least three hours.
