President Obama will win the swing state of Wisconsin and Mitt Romney will win the swing state of North Carolina.
Wisconsin voted for Obama over John McCain in 2008 by a nearly 14-point margin, but the race was closer this year in the home state of GOP vice-presidential nominee Paul Ryan.
North Carolina narrowly voted for President Obama in 2008.
