CNN has exclusive live video of the crippled Carnival Triumph cruise ship as it is tugged to port in Mobile, Alabama. The video is being taken by a CNN crew on a helicopter flying alongside the ship.
Watch now on CNN TV, http://CNN.com and CNNs Mobile apps to see the first pictures of the ship and its thousands of passengers and crew who are stuck on board.
Passengers can be seen holding makeshift signs. The Coast Guard is lowering baskets apparently containing supplies, but its not clear whats in them.
A fire in the engine room early Sunday left the ship dead in the water and knocked out the ships electrical power and sanitary systems. Passengers have reported sewage sloshing around in hallways, flooded rooms and trouble getting enough to eat.
The ship, now accompanied by four tugboats, is expected to arrive at the port between 8 and 11 p.m. (9 p.m. to midnight ET).
