Cuba will turn over to U.S. authorities a fugitive Florida couple and their two children they are accused of abducting, Cuba's government says.
Josh Hakken and his wife, Sharyn, allegedly snatched their two boys, ages 2 and 4, from their grandmother's home in Florida.
CNN tracked down the family at a Havana marina earlier Tuesday.
