President Barack Obama said at the conclusion of the Boston Marathon bombings manhunt on Friday night that "we've closed an important chapter in this tragedy."
He said that he has instructed Homeland Security, law enforcement and intelligence officials to continue to deploy resources to support the investigation of the Boston bombings.
