The U.S. administration “does not believe” North Korea has developed a nuclear warhead, an administration official tells CNN.

The statement comes after Rep. Doug Lamborn told the House Armed Services Committee that a study just completed by the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency says North Korea may have nuclear weapons that could be delivered by ballistic missiles. "However, the reliability will be low," Lamborn said.

That intelligence was "mistakenly" marked unclassified, according to an administration and a defense sources.
