Chrysler has agreed to recall 2.7 million Jeeps, ending a dispute with federal regulators.
Government safety officials say the Jeeps pose too great a risk of fire in a rear-end accident. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says there have been at least 37 accidents that caused fires and resulted in at least 51 deaths.
