One person has died after a shooting at Santa Monica College in California, a watch commander for the Santa Monica Police Department told CNN.
It was not immediately clear whether the fatality was a victim or a suspect.
Four people were being treated at UCLA Medical Center, a hospital spokesman said. Officials earlier said a suspect was in custody. Authorities continued to search for a possible second shooter, Officer Vince Ramirez said.
