CNN Breaking News

San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center is treating eight adults and two children -- all of them in critical condition -- who were injured in Saturday's Asiana Airlines crash at San Francisco International Airport, the hospital said in a statement. Six of the patients are female and four are male.

A National Transportation Safety Board team is about to leave from Washington for San Francisco to probe the crash, NTSB chairwoman Deborah Hersman told reporters. "We have not determined what the focus of this investigation is yet. ... Everything is on the table at this point." The team will include people focused on operations; human performance; survival factors; airport operations; and aircraft systems, structure and power.

San Francisco Airport is holding a press conference momentarily regarding the crash.
